CCM has teamed up with the Neurotrauma Impact Science Laboratory in Ottawa to produce a cutting edge helmet that will keep you better protected and comfortable one the ice.

Designed for the elite level player with top of the line protection in mind, the Tacks 910 is engineered to dissipate impact energy and manage all types of impacts. This is done with the introduction of new Fluid Inside Pod technology. These pods are strategically placed inside the liner to better protect your head.

Helping in the comfort department, CCM has a layer of I.Q.Shion gel memory foam in the liner. This, along with duel density molded foams with a smooth contour edge offer pro-level comfort and sweat management in the front. These technologies are geared to keep you cool while controlling sweat that drips down your face for a retweet overall feel. 

CCM’s Active Stabilizer and tool-free adjustment system easily allow you to manipulate the helmet so it best fits your head. This is self-adjusting occipital support cushion and easy front-to-back side adjustment with a wider size range for a customizable fit. Finally, rounding out this helmet is an outer shell with a pro approved look and new structured stiffness for added protection on the sides.
